1. Who can be nominated for the KMBA?
Anyone who is a South African citizen or permanent resident and has made a notable contribution in business, media, or a relevant category over the past 12–18 months is eligible. Self-nominations are welcome.
2. How do I submit a nomination?
Nominations can be submitted online via our official website at www.awards.knownmagazine.africa. Simply complete the form under the 'Nominations' tab and include any supporting documents.
3. Is there a cost to nominate or enter?
No. The nomination and entry process is completely free. We believe in open access to recognition and equal opportunity for all participants.
4. How are finalists selected?
All entries are reviewed by an independent panel of judges based on merit, impact, innovation, and category-specific criteria. In select categories, public voting may also play a role.
