• Names, contact details, business/brand information, submitted media, and supporting documentation.

3. How We Use It

• For processing entries, communicating updates, featuring winners, event logistics, marketing, and compliance.

4. Retention

• Personal data is retained securely for the duration of the awards cycle and up to 24 months thereafter, unless required longer by law.

5. Disclosure

• We do not sell or share your personal data without consent. It may be disclosed to judges, sponsors, or legal authorities as needed.

6. Your Rights

• You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information at any time.
